Stéphane Azria holds a master’s degree in Public finances of Paris II Panthéon-Assas University.
Stéphane Azria started his career at the tax and legal department of PwC in Ivory Coast in 1997 before joining Landwell & Associés, correspondent Law firm of PwC in Paris until 2004, then Alexen Law firm.
He then founded Marignan Avocats Law firm where he headed the corporate and legal department.
He founded in 2015, with Nicolas Cys and Benoit Philippart, La Tour International Law firm, for which he is now Partner in charge of the corporate and M&A department.
Stéphane’s practice focuses on contract law and business law.
He advises clients in their day-to-day activities’ management, where negotiating or drafting contracts or where choosing the appropriate legal structure to carry out their businesses.
His clients are most of the time made of French medium sized companies, subsidiaries of International groups and capital funds that he advises in their M&A transactions and where acquiring a stake or investing in companies. He is also involved in the legal engineering and implementation of the restructuring for group of companies.
As part of his mission, Stéphane Azria assists his clients abroad and coordinates with foreign lawyers.
He also assists clients in their international development and in their acquisition of commercial leases.
Stéphane Azria is fluent in English and has good knowledge in Spanish.
